The detection work can be started from the following aspects:
1、 Use the instrument to check whether there is water in the equipment due to damp or other reasons, and the equipment with water is easy to rust or other problems.
2、 To test the pressure transmitter, we should also test the temperature transmitter and observe whether the receiving line of the electric control valve is worn or even falls off.
3、 According to the non-standard automation equipment to sanction a set of reasonable maintenance methods, so that the level of detection and maintenance level is greatly improved.
